Later in 1999 On Semiconductor (formerly Motorola’s Semiconductor Components Group) became the JV partner instead of Motorola.  Total investment of LPS exceeding USD230M.  main products are SOT23, SOD323, SC89, SOD523, SC88/88A, SC70, SC74, SC75, SOT/D723 small signal diodes and transistors as well as ICs. These products are widely used in Computers, Telecommunication, Consuming products, Automobile and instrument industries etc.  LPS are ISO9001-2000, TS16949, ISO14001 certified. All products meet RoHs requirements.
